Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays). Custom print-on-demand items may take up to 7 business days as they’re made just for you upon order placement. You’ll receive a confirmation email with an estimated ship date.

Shipping Times & Carriers

  • We partner with reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx.  

  • Domestic (US): 3-7 business days after processing.

  • International: 7-21 business days, depending on location and customs.
    Tracking updates are emailed once shipped.

Rates

  • Flat rate: $5.99-$9.99 USD (free on orders over $75).

  • Calculated at checkout for accuracy based on weight/location.
    Rates exclude taxes, duties, or import fees (customer responsibility for international orders).

Key Notes

  • No shipments to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or restricted areas for some products.

  • Once shipped, delivery risk transfers to the carrier/customer. File claims directly with them for lost/damaged packages.
    We’re not liable for delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.
